Facility was doing minimal food preparation during inspection. Facility is in good condition. Facility is only a category 2. Cool down is not allowed. There were some leftover corn dogs from the previous day in the cooler. The PIC discarded. They were saved for personal use. Ensure they are labeled as such. |
